In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and increasingly fierce market competition,we have entered the era of knowledge and globalization,when talent competition becomes extremely fierce.As companies invest more and more staff,material resources and financial costs in human resource management,the competition among companies has gradually evolved into competition for human resources.Employees,as a mobile and vigorous element for an enterprise,are directly related to the prospect of it.However,the decline of employee loyalty and frequent employee turnover have become common phenomena in today's society.The frequent staff turnover will not only make a company less competitive on the market,but also cause negative impacts on company,which will be bad for the long-term development of it.Therefore,it will be a prime challenge for enterprise human resource management in terms of how to improve employee loyalty.The pharmaceutical industry has burgeoned these years,with its scale continuously expanding and the competition in the industry becoming more and more fierce.The result of these competitions will inevitably lead to a war for talents.In addition,the frequent merger and acquisition of companies have brought about more internal reforms and process reengineering,which has brought great impact to employees at different levels in the industry.Under such a background,A company,influenced by internal and external factors,is faced with the situation where the turnover rate of employees increases year by year,and the loyalty of employees decreases in an inverse proportion.The dismission of frontline employees,R&D personnel and sales personnel,together with existing employee' s sabotage or violation of regulations have affected the stability and sustainable development of the company.The paper can be mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,based on relevant research and theories at home and abroad,it studies on the scientific meaning of employee loyalty and the importance of improving employee loyalty,so as to provide theoretical support for how to improve employee loyalty in A company.Secondly,it uses the research methods of questionnaire and interview to systematically investigate and discuss the status quo and influencing factors of the employee loyalty of A company,and uses SPSS 22.0 to analyze the average and variance ofthe employees' gender,age,working age,education background,job title,emotional loyalty,continued loyalty,and normative loyalty.It is found from the research that the factors-gender,age,working age,education background,and job title have different influences on employee loyalty.Besides,it is found that the main factors affecting the employee loyalty of A company include salary and welfare,performance appraisal,corporate culture,staff training and development,corporate environment,leadership style and corporate prospects.Finally,based on the interview and questionnaire results,and the actual status-quo of A company,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the employee loyalty of A company.To be specific,the strategies include these aspects-a fair and reasonable salary and welfare distribution mechanism,a scientific performance appraisal system,a corporate culture with humanistic care,more employee training,and help in employee growth,etc.These suggestions are aimed at providing reference for A company and other related companies in increasing employee loyalty and enhancing staff construction.
