Study On Evaluation Criteria Of Supply Chains Performance Based On Game Theory

Increasing model of management rapidly during 21 century, product' market has changed following it. Roles of market changed from supplier role to buyer role, from enterprises to supply chains. This paper mainly research performance of supply chains, and the paper split supply chains into retailers and suppliers. Follow above, our three fields of research embrace critical success factors, establish index system of performance and analysis data of investigate.Basic conception of this paper is balance and stable of supply chains. We research this paper based on it. From civil literatures, we found nobody researched relationship of service level and quality based on supply chains, and research performance of supply chains based on service level. Recently, fernery scholars was engaged in researching stable of supply chains using game theory approach. But they didn't research critical success factors of supply chains based on game theory. This paper used CSF, ensure supply chains' strategy—maximum profits. After this, we split the whole supply chains into retailer and supplier based on the strategy, and analysis performance of retailer and supplier using game theory approach. Based on above, we split key factors of retailer and supplier into these index, and achieved the index system of performance of whole supply chain.After researching, we have to identify theory of supply chain' performance. This paper used two methods of analysis, one is statistics approach, the other is dea approach. We analysis questionnaires which we investigate chongqing many enterprises to achieve using statistics approach. And we identified stable of retailer and supplier to judge stable of performance of whole supply chain.
