With the social development and maturing of the market economy, enterprises are facing increasingly complex market environment. In the complicated and ever-changing market environment, how companies have a good grasp of the course, how actively to develop effective marketing strategies and to carry out market marketing, effective marketing plans, establishment of substituting the marketing concept, this is a serious need to study and solve problems.The main content is the question of how best to develop strategic marketing plans, taking the development process of strategic marketing plan in FAW Volkswagen VW Brand as evidence analysis on the basis of theoretical research. Expending on the methods and procedures of strategic marketing plan developed, through the development of an effective strategic marketing plan to ensure that the correct business decision making for long-term development, effectively raising the competitiveness of enterprises and adapting to rapid changes in the consumers structure and enhance cohesion.Using a combination research of theoretical and empirical studies, insisting on the premise of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the comprehensive using of modern enterprise management, marketing management research methods to carry out research and to explore ways on the current corporate strategic marketing planning, at the same time in the method of choice adhere to the scientific and practical, the principle of unity in normative and empirical research studies.The innovation of this article: one is from the FAW-Volkswagen's own point of view to analyze the strategic marketing plan method; Second is combining the theory knowledge and empirical analysis to use of qualitative and quantitative analysis ways to sum up an effective way on the establishment of strategic marketing plan.
