Electric power marketing system is a software system used by power supply enterprises which aims to achieve information and computer management of copying, checking, and collecting power charge. In this system, the calculation of the quantity of electricity and power charge is the basic and core module as well we the most complex one for the technology processing. Because the factors of distribution network structure, actual demand of power consumer, and the requirements of power law, the form of measurement and price calculating principle in power supply system are extremely complex, in addition most of the system of calculation of the quantity of electricity and power charge lack of expandability and thus can not meet the calculation requirement adapt to all kinks of special conditions.Nowadays, to check local index of line loss rate, net loss rate, area load ,and area load rate, definitions of various passes such as property pass, settlement pass, protocol pass, dispatch pass, line loss pass, and load pass are made. These passes, which does things in one's own way in administration, have different partitioning methods, standards, and no assess institutions, not being suitable for the development of electric fence .To realize the commercial mode of it, we should unify the standards and use economic accounting instead of index examination, epic position method instead of margin method in the management of line loss, making clear quantity pass and the interface of net power market to regulate management.Along with the development of electric power system, the problems such as severe fluctuation of power consuming with bigger peak and valley load, increasing calculating errors emerged in the calculation system which works in vast different conditions can not be ignored. To use economic levers and to implement power calculation method by calculating quantity and price according to time, the load could be regulated to some degree with de-peaking functions, thus beneficial to the operation of electric power system and to the full use of generating equipment, transmission equipment, switching equipment and electric equipment.When calculating the power changes, we should consider the dispose of late fees, favorable power changes, power rate checking changes. Meanwhile, the numerous historic and man-made factors as well as the powerful policy and huge market factors render the calculation of power changes more complex. Because of these factors, it is difficult for designers to establish a deployable, extensive, and adaptable calculation system. Presently, many operational calculation systems have some problems. For example, it only program for the specific business of one power supply company, and needs to re-program or even alter the data storage structure when the new need of calculation appears, extremely influencing the adaptable policy of calculation and ability of market change. Also, it has the problem of inflexible power supply pattern, low maneuverability, and low efficiency.This thesis tries to design a calculation system model with flexible configuration, strong expansibility, and high adaptability to all kinds of power consuming ways. It will improve the accuracy, reliability, and speed of calculation, providing a dependable electric power market system form which the power supply companies can learn experiences. UML notation definite the presentation of UML symbols to provide the standard of the system modeling for developers to develop the tools in using graphic symbol and grammar text. It is the example of UML model in semantics. The full contend of UML can be defined as five views below (totally nine graphs), in which the first one is to take Use Casc to capture the system, subsystem, or the similar behaviors from the standpoint of an external user.Firstly, this thesis proposes the problems that need to be solved and the designing aim through analyzing the complexity of power charging calculation. Secondly according to the practical situation of network component of power supply it puts forward the abstract model of power supply network and analyze the data storage structure and the realizing procedure of the design. Last, on the basis of power supply model, it not only analyzes the data storage structure of electricity price, meter card, loss calculating equipment, and various ways of power consuming, but also analyzes the calculation process which involves the loss calculation, transferred relation settlement, dispose of total score of the meter, pump lift calculation of one family, divided calculation of public loss, and calculation of power rate examination, consequently giving the practical example of realizing the algorithm design.
