Research On Investment Strategy Evaluation And Optimization Of Distribution Network Equipment Under The Background Of New Electricity Reform

In recent years,the investment of distribution network is increasing and power grid structure improves significantly with the development of social economy.The capacity and quality of power supply and equipment level promotes substantially.Development of distribution network has made great progress.The urban infrastructure construction and management level are required to be improved and the construction of urban distribution network is required to be further strengthened under “opinions on strengthening the construction of urban infrastructure” issued by the State Council.The social capital is encouraged to enter the field of incremental distribution network by the new electric power system reform.It marks that the incremental distribution investment business has been released from the top-level design into the implementation phase with the determination of first batch of pilot projects.Firstly,this paper describes the research on the comprehensive evaluation of the whole life cycle cost and distribution network and explores the strategy of distribution network equipment investment in future combined with the relevant requirements of the power system reform.Second,the composition and calculation method of the life cycle cost of the distribution network project are analyzed respectively.Then,the factors that affect the investment strategy of distribution network equipment are analyzed and mining from three aspects of economy,technology and risk.This paper sets up the comprehensive evaluation index system of the investment strategy of distribution network equipment including four level indicators.Next,a comprehensive evaluation method of investment strategy based on entropy weight and cloud model is proposed.Cloud model can be a very good way to combine the concept of fuzziness and uncertainty.The main function of the entropy weight method is to determine the weight of each index.Finally,it takes the actual data of H city as an example and the empirical analysis on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment strategies is carried out.It analyzes the shortcoming of existing strategies combined with the evaluation and puts forward the suggestion on the optimization of the strategy.This paper studies the investment strategy evaluation and optimization of distribution network equipment in the context of the new electric power reform.It constructs an evaluation model for investment strategy of distribution network equipment,and puts forward the optimization suggestions.This paper can provide necessary theory,data support and practice methods for the development and management of distribution network investment strategy of Power Grid Corp.This paper can also provide prospective research on the sustainable development of the future distribution network and promote the safety,stability and economic operation of the power system.
