A Research On Strategies About Direct Investment Of Foreign Banks In China

With the more and more open of China's finance industry, there will be a more promising future for foreign banks. Correct and effective investment strategy reflects a foreign bank's level and determines its development in the future in the overall open financial market, therefore, research on investment strategy of foreign banks is especially important.With the use of theory of FDI and cause analysis of foreign banks' entry, cause of foreign banks' entry is analysed, by which course and status of foreign banks is expatiated, development process and stage of investment strategy of foreign banks is summarized, in-depth comparison is provided; forming, external environment for implementation, internal features of investment strategy of foreign banks is proposed for systematic understanding; furthermore, systematic analysis of their investment strategy in China is proposed, scale structure and overall influence of foreign banks' entry into China is elicited, moreover, some improvement measures for investment strategy of foreign banks are proposed combining with the target of investment strategy of foreign banks. Finally, based on the research, countermeasures and suggestions for forcusing on priority and hunting for more space about investment affairs on condition of totally financial openness transition period on financial market after China participated in WTO.
