Research On Financial Innovation Strategy Of China Construction Bank

Finance is the core of the modern economy, financial innovation is the sector of the commercial bank development, and the strategic is the direction of development. With the economic globalization, liberalization and information, when the Chinese financial liberalization times arrival, the domestic commercial banks are facing unprecedented opportunities for development, also facing huge competitive challenges. Financial innovation strategy is the pace of the commercial banks to keep up with the times, seize opportunities, meet challenges, and the key to win the fierce market competition ultimately. As one of the four major banks of China, China Construction Bank is not only the healthy development of their own interests, but also the country's financial order and the national economy stable operation. Comparing the advanced international commercial banks with the China Construction Bank in the field of financial innovation, this paper get six hints of the financial innovation strategy of the China Construction Bank. Moreover, based on the practice of the China Construction Bank, this paper gives the strategy goals, five strategic principles of China Construction Bank on the financial innovations, the impletment of the strategy and the feasible strategic path. Finally, from system security, technical support and personnel security aspects, this paper researches the effective implementation measures of the innovative strategies and gives the suggestions for the financial innovation and the risk prevention strategy adjustment and the improvement.
