Transformation And Construction Of China's Old-Age Protection System In Rural Areas

Objectives of this research: to analyze the history and current situation of China's rural old-age protection system, and to design a new system that suits the times from the perspective of social economic development, based on past research and Marxist economic theories.Methods of research: literature retrospection, historical approach, case study and canonical analysis, literature retrospection: research on literature on this issue, grasp the gist and lay a theorectical foundation, historical approach: through study of old-age protection system after 1949, get to know its development and features, obstacles and way out. standard analysis: make clear government's responsibility in this system, case study: construct a new system based on the current situation.Conclusion: to construct a new old-age protection system that can be carried out in rural areas with different economic situations, that suits the level of economic development, that has numerous sources of fund, that has multi-level protection methods, and that operates with integration of accumulation and individual accounts, requires joint efforts of the whole society. Meanwhile, the government should take the responsibility to make blueprint of development, lead construction process, reinforce management and speed up judicial construction.
