The main point of this paper is to analyze the rationality of compensation structure, then to bring up the implementation plan and operation plan for the designed structure. On the basis of the all-direction investigations and research of differrnt modes of compensation structure which are at home and abroad, starting with the rationality of compensation structure's analysis, this essay points out that the rationality of compensation structure should be based on enterprise strategy adaptability, inside equality, outside competitiveness and the analysis of compensation plan's validity, and analyzes factors influencing compensation structure.As to these influencing factors of compensation structure, this thesis is trying to discuss from the effect of strategy environment, compensation function structure, work structure and the result of work analysis, and study comprehensively and systematically the hierarchical structure, relevancy and sensitivity of these factors, which provides substantial theories for our local enterprises to choose compensation plan and its implementation plan in different management modes.In addition, this paper also brings up a reference procedures to analyse and design compensation structure. It can help the enterprise managers and HR managers to choose or design proper compensation structure and ajust it according to the change of the enterprise's internal and external environment, in order to achive development and keep its vigorous competitive advantage.
