With the coming of knowledge-economic, human resource play an important role in the enterprises, it may say, the competition of enterprises is the competition of human resource, compensation mechanism playing an important role is a part of human resource, it can elevate employees' initiative for work and dig employees' potential. At present, compensation mechanism of national and overseas has much defect, the role of compensation doesn't play well. This thesis according to the facts, mainly studies the compensation method how to elevate the employees' initiative.The first is integral compensation. Integral compensation bases on the employees' ample participation, building everyone's different compensation constitution, and changes with the their interests and needs. Integral compensation includes basic compensation, variable compensation, indirect compensation, extra compensation and flexible compensation. It integrates more compensation facts, satisfying employees' different needs, and is a kind of compensation mechanism of paying attention to achievements.The second is compensation structure and wide-belt compensation structure. Valid compensation can elevates employees' initiative and dig their potentially, compensation structure changes with changing of organization, it is developing to wide-belt compensation. The grades of compensation decrease, the range of variation reduces, the employees flow mainly crosswise, guiding employees paying attention to increase technical and other ability.The third is the study of variable compensation mechanism, the core of variable compensation is to elevate the employees' initiative by connecting the compensation with the achievements. The main methods are profit sharing, income sharing, employee sharing stock and so on, here elaborates them individually linking with employees and managers.The forth is humanize compensation mechanism, the traditional compensation is main material compensation, employee are the receiver. Humanize compensation insists on humanity rule, making the diverse compensation and material and spirit compensation paying equal attention, employees can choice their compensation constitution, embodying the individuality sufficiently.
