The rapid development of technology and economics makes increasing fierce market competition. To attract more consumers, enterprises must introduce new products to suffice the consumers, which results in the characteristics of perishable commodities of more and more product. Because of deficiency of economic strength, uncertain demand and rapid change of the consumers'taste, the retailers can't confirm ordering amount. It causes that the retailers'ordering amount can't reach critical point of the supplier offers quantity discount. So the retailers must look for optimal partners for the joint procurement of perishable commodities.First, the significance and the research background are introduced. The present research situation of the domestic and foreign about perishable commodities is also recommended.Then elementary l strategy of ordering model, the concept of quantity discount and the joint procurement are introduced. The profit of the retailers when they are jointed is higher than the profit of the retailers when they are independent by quantitative methods with determinate demand. It demonstrates that it is feasible and necessary to implement joint procurement for the homogeneous retailers. And this paper studies how the procurement alliance confirms ordering amount and how supplier makes the discount to reach ultimate profit of the whole supply chain.Finally taking the whole cost,core ability,agility,the minimum risk into account, the partners'evaluation index system of joint procurement is established, the optimal partners selection is studied through the fuzzy evaluation method..
