This paper targeted the problem of the economic production quantity with fuzzy repairable rate and quantity discount based on the fuzzy structured element theory.This paper developed the model solution methods and fuzzy structured element expression of the optimal production quantity based on the theory of fuzzy structured element by learning the fuzzy production inventory model with fuzzy repairable rate. We also proved the objective function obtained the minimum production inventory cost at the optimal production quantity point by testing the positive definite characteristic of Hessian matrix. In the end, we applied our method on real cases to exam its feasibility.This paper also studied the problem of the economic production quantity (EPQ) of two prices with fuzzy quantity discounts based on the EPQ of fuzzy repairable rate. When the manufacturers'products sale with fuzzy quantity discounts, we sort the possible optimal profits with fuzzy structured element-weighted ranking to find the optimal production quantity maximizing the profits value. When the material price has fuzzy quantity discounts, we make the possible optimal procurement strategy by comparing the relationship between the economic ordering quantity and the possible optimal production quantity. We rank the total cost given the possible optimal procurement strategy by fuzzy structured element-weighted to obtain the optimal procurement strategy minimizing the profits value. The application on real cases conclude the feasibility of the method.
