With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human capital as an economic growth base is increasingly highlighted on competition in the enterprise ,and the value of human capital is recognized by more and more enterprises and public.How to price human capital reasonable has become a urgently need to be addressed issue of China's economic management theory and practice.In 2006, Xi'an was identified as the first group of "service outsourcing base city", since then, a number of outsourcing companies are settled in Xi'an, have the initial development and begun to take shape.Human capital has played a very important role,from the beginning of orders, to coordinate the implementation of organization resource management, and then to the final, technology accomplishment in the whole operation aspect of outsourcing enterprises.If outsourcing enterprises invest in human capital unwisely or mismanagement, it will give enterprises considerable loss. therefore, in-depth study on the pricing of human capital will help outsourcing enterprises to obtain more fully value of human capital in order to facilitate the outsourcing project orders, carried out orderly and successful delivery.The paper firstly analyzes human capital characteristics, the value formation of human capital and the general impact factors of the pricing human capital in the outsourcing enterprises. Secondly,based on the questionnaire research and interview-style survey of outsourcing enterprises in Xi'an High-tech Zone, we understand the initial pricing factors to general staff recruits in outsourcing enterprises, as well as the reality practice of human capital pricing to the middle-level professionals in outsourcing enterprises.Then, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods of pricing, the paper presents four new ideas of re-pricing and Modeling to the general staff in outsourcing enterprises:Positioning relative value, based on the back type, price range division and value division by level. Compared the result of re-pricing with the initial pricing,we can analyze the problems on invest in human capital as well as the inner operate management in outsourcing enterprises. Finally, for middle-level talent pricing issues of outsourcing enterprises, in the base of understanding the reality practices in enterprises,we put forward new ideas: combined B-S pricing with ESO incentive,and established a stock option incentive model to promote the greatest degree of the value of human capital.
