Study On The Development Of Huaian's Urban Road Express Freight Transportation System

In recent years, the urban road express freight transportation develops quickly at our country. At the same time, the urban road express freight transportation companies are experiencing a more and more fierce competition. And it is very important for urban road express freight transportation companies to lower freight transportation cost, and exaltation the business enterprise competition ability.This thesis set out from the study on characteristic and function of urban road express freight transportation system, discussing the domestic and international developing condition present of express freight. Basing on thoroughly analyzing the basic conditions, key problems and environment factors of Huaian's express freight industry, the demandments are carried on science of estimate. Basing on discussing the development strategy, total way of thinking and target, the basic principles and the business models of scale turn and intensive turn are put forward to seting up the Huaian's urban road express freight transportation system.
