The Medium-long Term Programming Of New Automotive Energy For Xi'an

The highly development of automotive industry and the gross rapid increase of automotives caused serious challenges to our national energy and environment. As a result, petroleum shortage, energy can't fulfill the requirements as well as air pollution becomes more severity. Therefore, saving petroleum resource, reforming the automotive energy consumption structure, exploiting and extending the use of clean or alternative fuel vehivels, carrying out the new situation of automotive energy diversity has become an important topic for the development of our national automotive industry.According to the data from World Gas Automobile Association, there were 14.15 million gas vehicles in 74 countries, 5.15 million CNGV, 9 million LPGV, 12,000 gas stations for CNG, more than 10 million small and medium-sized CNG filling machines for family and 5 million Ethanol vehicles in 2005.Combined with research works of the project"The medium-long term programming of new automotive energy for Xi'an", which is a subject of"863"program from Ministry of Science and Technology, this paper carries through the researches to the current status of automotive energy, the technical level and the potential troubles, bringing forward the automotive diversity development targets. Secondly, defines the new situation of automotive energy by theoretics, analysises the strengths,weaknesses and prospects of the various new energy; then,discusses the Shaanxi Province and Xi'an in all kinds of new energy vehicles, various ancillary facilities in the use of the status issue and development trends, and dope out the future years of the amount of natural gas vehicles of Xi'an by gray relation analysis. Finally, as a result of analysis for the influences characteristics and policies assessments and development of diversified products, proposes the sustainable development planning and policy recommendations which are adaptd to the automobile industry and socio-economic for Xi'an, promoting Xi'an new energy diversification of health, science and rapid development in the next few years, thus realizing the vehicle energy structure's further adjusting and optimization.
