In order to cope with international finance crisis, China has taken a series of measures to expand domestic demand further and promote economic growth at present. The railway construction in China is now being developed on an unprecedented scale and density, and mass construction of railway system will enhance logistics industry into a fast lane. Currently, logistics service has become the key of enterprise competition. Logistics capability has been deemed as the core competence of enterprise, as well as mainstay and symbol of economic development of a country or a region. Logistics networks of Liaocheng train operation depot is located in Bohai Bay Economic Region, whose economy is of the fastest growth and most vitality. Under the requirements of the situation, the development of modern logistics is imminent. Under such conditions, Liaocheng city railway transportation enterprises should seize development opportunities, make full use of their existing advantages, and become the pioneer of China's logistics industry. It is analyzed for the necessity and feasibility of expanding logistics networks of Liaocheng train operation division to modern logistics industry in this paper. Besides, the concrete scheme is also put forward about the Customer-demand-Oriented strategy, accelerating logistics service system construction is also put forward, and the constructing of the logistics network of Liaocheng city train operation division. Feasible reference is provided for transforming the Liaocheng city railway enterprises from traditional transporting enterprises to synthesis modern large-scale logistics enterprises, composed with couples of logistics main bodies, and operated according to uniform service standard flow and criterion system.
