Study On The Quality Control Of Engineering Project In The Implementation Stage

As the developing economy, and the increasing investment on basic capital construction,the building industry spring up in China. More and more attention is paid to the quality of the construction. The quality of building project is referred not only to the applicability of construction but also to the safety of the people's life and properties.Therefore, enhancing the quality control is the most important thing for the building enterprise.Based on an example of the SHENNENG product storehouse building project, the quality control of the implementation stage of building engineering project is discussed in this paper.In this dissertation, the basic conception of the quality control is expanded in the second chapter. The phrases and the development process of the quality control are also introduced in this chapter. In the third chapter, the basic theories of quality control on the implementation stage is introduced, including the characteristic of quality control on the engineering project, the fundamental of the construction quality control, and the 4M1E factors which affect the construction project quality. In the chapter four, the quality control on the implementation stage of the building project is studied through analyzing the new construction of the SHENNENG product storehouse project. The general information and characteristics of the project are introduced, as well as the organized institution, the foundation and the aim of quality control. The following part of this chapter deals with The 4M1E factors(man, material, machines, method, and environment) which influence the project quality.The fifth chapter is the summation of the paper. At last, the 4M1E control method is raised, which has maneuverability and practicality in engineering. The method is helpful for building enterprises to control the quality of the project.
