Quality Management Research On Emergency Command Center Application Platform Project In Y Power Supply Bureau

It is the basis for an effective response of serious emergencies to construct a domesticfirst class level application platform of the power emergency command center. It can improvethe decision making ability to handle emergencies, and play an important role in ensuring thesafe and stable operation of the grid. The construction of emergency command centerembodies the construction principles of peacetime and wartime, information sharing, and theoverall linkage. A link, link ofconstruction quality audit, inspects the project quality and audits the completion of the projectquality objectives.It puts forward quality improvement measures of the construction project in this paper. Itanalyzes the necessity of quality plan and quality control, which combined with the actualconstruction project of the emergency command center application platform of Power SupplyBureau Y. It achieves the optimal quality target by total quality management of the entireconstruction project, process control and assessment of project quality management, and byfocusing on the organization, coordination, control and assessment activities of project quality management. It can provide quality control scheme for other emergency command systemconstruction quality management and will guide later stage of the project construction,through taking tool and technology formed in the emergency command center applicationplatform construction.
