Human society is entering the age of Service Economy. Recent years have witnessed the emergency of a large number of rising service industries, such as Accounting service, Law-consulting service, Management-consulting service, etc., which have become the new economic growth source. As one kind of outsourcing services of human resource management, development trend of agent recruitment is obvious. While the research on service quality management in domestic is still at primary phase, focusing on theory research and empirical research is far from sufficient; Agent recruitment service began not that long; many fields such as accept degree of enterprises, procedure of agent recruitment and technical issues applied, reliability and validity need to be explored further. In China, research on service quality management of agent recruiting is extremely rare, which is doomed to be full of challenge.Under this background, this text developed the research on service quality management of agent recruitment of outsourcing services systematically through the example of SG company ; Base on theory of Service Quality Management, take the"Procedure"of the cultivating of service quality as the major clue, the assessment criterion of agent recruiting service quality was made out on the basis of agent recruitment service design, and finally the upgraded SERVQUAL model was applied on service quality assessment of agent recruiting of SG company.The key research content include:Analysis on the procedure of agent recruitment service business; All-dimensional,exact analysis on business flow is not only the components of service design, but also premise of service quality criterion frame.Transformation of service quality criterion; Service quality criterion springs from service design as above text, which effects directly the quality control point of the service procedure and also acts as basis of assessment of service quality as the following text. The transformation requests each key factor to be of standardization,embodiment. Asessment of service quality by SERVQUAL model; service quality assessment is the vital step for the shaping of"closed loop"of whole agent recruiting service. Assessment of service quality is the summary of service design,service criterion formulating and also the foundation and basis for improvement of service quality.
