Both in developed countries and developing countries, economic growth is at an extremely important position. Economic growth is the most important symbol and process of economical success that one country can make. Economists think of it as the most crucial issue. Governments all over the country world have always paid attention to the economic growth and tried their best to search for the way of sustained steady growth.In the 1980s, "New Economic Growth Theory" rised in western countries, then theoretical study of economic growth had changed. The core of the classical model is modified in the production function, and the knowledge and human capital investment were added in the neo-classical production function. Experience of developed and industrialized country has proved that human capital is the main driver of economic growth, and investment in human capital accumulation is an important foundation of maintaining sustained economic steady growth. China is facing the mode of economic growth from extensive to intensive, the economic system to a socialist market economy as well as changes in the context of accession to the WTO, so how to achieve this in the process of transforming the economy to maintain sustained and rapid growth, there is an urgent need to study the problems.The value of this paper is an attempt to use econometric model and analysis of human capital on economic growth impact analysis by using the Chinese data. To explain the human capital accumulation on the significance of economic growth, domestic and foreign scholars have established a lot of considerable human capital accumulation and export trade-related research. This paper uses existing research results and combines these theories, and establishes human capital and export trade impact of China's economic growth model. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper promotes corresponding countermeasures to improve China's human capital accumulation.
