Chapter 5, expatiates the Specific Construction of Online Dispute Resolution in China. Firstly, the author expatiates the key components to construct Online Dispute Resolution mechanism fall into three categories: people, process and technology. Secondly, the author introduces the attentive problems of the operation of ODR in China. Thirdly, the author expatiates the construction of the online honesty and credit as the supporting measures in the formation of the Online Dispute Resolution mechanism.
