Application Of Corporate Life Cycle: Analysis Of Growth For Company A

The theory of Corporate Life Cycle points out that the business organization keeping developing through its life cycle and most of its problems can be forcast. Through reviewing, visiting and gathering, the author gets the data of the Company A. After analyzing the operation system, financial affairs, human resources, business culture of Company A, the author contrasts the status of the Company A to the description of the theory of Corporate Life Cycle. Then the author says the Company A has passed the most difficult stage of its life cycle, now the Company A has the opportunity to get better.
