In the new situation, the mobile group in order to clearly put forward the scientific concept of development as the guidance, from the stimulation of investment and scale economies of scale transformation to the direction of development of enterprises based on its meaning as the core objective of maximizing the value to the market demand for basic driving force in order to fine management as the main management methods, team management as the overall business philosophy, continued to push forward the "double-leading service and business" to enhance the innovative abilities, and effective implementation of capacity and resources, and shrinking the gap between the world's leading communications companies, continued to maintain optimal performance of the industry's strategic thinking.For 2006, China Mobile Group Jilin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Jilin Mobile) and an opportunity and challenges of the year.
