Under the background of economic globalization and rapid development of e-commerce,speeding up the development of commercial circulation enterprises will be conducive to promote the ascension of commercial circulation,and also to improve people’s life quality and living standards.Relative to the rapid development of large enterprises in retail industry,small and medium-sized enterprises exist many problems,such as shortage of suppliers and sales channels,lack of operating funds and weak infrastructure and networks which caused the difficulties of enterprise development.Houshun Company is one the small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenyang,which also faces the same difficulties.Since Houshun Company cannot solve these problems quickly,it has to complete the transformation of company through the acquisition of external shareholders.I am in charge of the acquisition project of Houshun Company in order to find a solution to adapt to the healthy and rapid development of the enterprise,through the redesign of the supply chain network after company research and analysis of external environment.This paper first analyzes the external environment of Houshun Company,including macro and external conditions and micro-industrial environment.The purpose is to understand the development opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises and to clarify the development needs of enterprises in such an external environment.Secondly,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the present status of the supply chain network of Houshun,mainly from three aspects,the supply network,production network,and sales network,and describes the structure,function and existing problems in the supply chain network.Through the above analysis,we have made clear the objectives and requirements for the follow-up development of Houshun Company.Due to the requirements on profit and time from the acquirer and the existing talent and related basis,we design three different expansion plans of supply chain network,The first plan is to expand the procurement and sales network from the perspective of product.:the second plan is the expansion plan from a financial point of view;the third one is the expansion plan to control warehousing costs and improve distribution capabilities.In the fifth chapter,the total score of the three schemes is evaluated by five indicators,such as capacity,cost,time,profit and sales revenue.In terms of capacity evaluation,we have specifically designed the detailed indicators of sales capacity,purchasing capacity,financial service capacity and logistics capability,and determine the weight of each index by experts scoring method,and make comprehensive evaluation of scoring for the three plans by the analytic hierarchy process AHP method.The financial service plan with the highest score of capital return time and capital gains is selected as the current supply chain network expansion plan of Houshun Company.This study provides references for the practice of supply chain network expansion in small and medium-sized enterprises,and also enriches the research results in this field.
