The application of channel power is the frontier research subjects of questing for channel relationship management and control in channel behavior area.The channel power has been diverted to the dealer as the technology and economic development. The researching of dealer channel power is important.Currently there are few researches focusing on attitudinal commitment and the personal relationships.It is an innovation that research the channel power based on attitudinal commitment and the personal relationships.This article mainly do the research in three facet:①the effect of channel power of one side to attitudinal commitment of the other side;②the effect of attitudinal commitment to channel power in the same organization;③the effect of relationships of boundary spanners to channel power.This paper make a summarization of other studies of channel before first.Then we use the game theory to deduce the relationship of the channel power and the attitudinal commitment and make some hypotheses of it.After that we did a market research and use the SPSS and DPS to carry out the reliability analysis,factor analysis,validity analysis,regression analysis.At last all the hypotheses are proved and we get more in data mining.
