| More and more enterprises find it essential to outsource the information technology needs in particular software project outsourcing, which they are not good at, to reduce costs and enhance their core capabilities. Through the establishment of cooperation and partnership for software outsourcing industry is a universal phenomenon and trends. Practice and research show that the accurate evaluation on the partnership established is important to determine the success or failure of outsourcing software projects and further development of partnership. Based on the overall interest of cooperation of the every side in software outsourcing projects, the study analyzes the relevant factors which impact outsourcing software projects partnership, and creates an indicator system of partnership quality assessment. First, through theoretical research and empirical studies, after the grading and classification of the impact factors of outsourcing software projects partnership, the study establishes an outsourcing evaluation index system of software project. Secondly, with the previous theoretical research results and practice results of the investigation, the study brings forward the quality evaluation model of software project outsourcing partnership; thirdly, with the industry expert advice on the quantitative analysis of evaluation indicators, the paper uses AHP-level analytical methods and quantifies the software project outsourcing partnership Quality Evaluation System. The paper concludes with practice of verification on the study result through specific case. |
