The Sustainable Develpment Of Export-oriented Economy In Yangtze Delta With A Scientific Outlook On Development

Recently, export-oriented economy in the Yangtze Delta has made rapid progress .On the one hand, the scale of foreign investment expands considerably, with its industrial structure constantly upgraded and investment direction diversified. On the other hand, the foreign trade quickens its way on expandation as well and the export and import structures are optimizing. Moreover, the overseas investments from local enterprises are gradually increasing.Export-oriented economy to economic development of the Yangtze Delta is what the engine to a car. The net exports and foreign direct investments,whose main functions are to help solve the issue of unemployment ,to promote the upgradation and regulation of industrial structure to optimize and integrate the inner economy, are the chief approaches to fuel GDP growth. Although the economy in the Yangtze Delta, in general, develops pretty well, there are still something to be improved. The issues like too single and centralized foreign investmental industry cause an inbalance in distribution raise. What's more, not only reliability on foreign trade is soaring but also the worsening conflicts make the foreign trade difficult to develop. Besides,with loaning on credit becoming harder, the small and middle-sized corporations are suffering from the "bottleneck" restrictions. Meanwhile ,lacking provisions of energy prevents corporations from formal production and the dilemma of manufacturing has been threatened to survive. Also, the foreign economy and inner economy lack a further complementary..In order to develop the export-oriented economy sustainaly in the Yangtze Delta, we need to hold a scientific outlook on development and map up some basic ideas and strategies in order to continually reinforce our system,then making scientific innovations, to quicken upgradation of the industrial structure,to optimize import and export structures,to promote upgradation and transformation of the processing manufacture,to build a regional framework of the open-oriented economy in this delta,to take full advantage of the inner and foreign economy's strength and the like, based on Growth Pole Theory,Systems Theory,New Growth Theory,New Elements Theory and Level Transfer Theory.
