The paper makes financial analysis of the Tibet listed companies regarding their profit ability, operation ability, cash flow, solvency and growth ability. The disadvantages for the traditional method which uses the weighted value to evaluate the financial status are that, the weights are subjective to the decision-makers'experience and it's difficult for the model to evaluate the relationship between the indices. The factor analysis method utilized in this paper solved the problems referred before by determining the weights on the basis of the first-hand data analysis, therefore guarantees the objectivity. Also, the method reduces the factors and makes them into integrated factors, therefore avoids the repeated ness of information. This article selects 25 major financial indexes and conducts integrated financial analysis using factor analysis based on the financial reports of the eight listed companies from 9th 2005 to 9th 2007. According to the overall grades which indicate the performance of the specific companies in recent 3 years. A ranking list is made to estimate the financial status of each company. The outcome of the model reflects the real financial level of the listed companies, so it is an effective method to analyze the financial reports of listed companies. The results of the model can be an important guideline for the investors, decision-maker of company and government. Results of this research indicate those earnings per share and the regression equation of the four financial indexes which have noticeable effect on it via stepwise regression method. The four financial indexes which affect earnings per share are the net asset per share, unaccommodated profit per share, quick ratio and return on assets respectively. The equation provides a reference for these listed companies to raise earnings per share.
