With the globalization and integration of world economy, international competition faces every company. Choosing the appropriate market entry mode relate not only to the successful enter of international market, also to the enterprises management effect in the international market, is the most complex decision the internationalization enterprises face. As the strong profession in internationalization management in China, Household Appliance industry has its own characteristic in the process of moving toward the international market. The study of the choice and strategic adjustment on international market entry mode of Chinese household appliances enterprises can provide one kind of mentality and method for Chinese household appliances enterprises. Make them through the analysis of related influencing factors, utilize suitable principle, raise their own superiority, enhance the internationalization capacity.First, this article conducted research on the advantages and the restriction factors on the international market enter of Chinese household appliances enterprises, based on this, ananlysed the practice effect of four main international market modes of Chinese household appliances enterprises(Cooperation With Overseas Distributor and Agent, Original Equipment Manufacturing, Transnational Merger and Acquisition, Set Up Factory Overseas), built the foundation for the following research of choice principle on international market entry mode .Next, this article proposed the influencing factors of choice on international market entry mode of Chinese household appliances enterprises form four angles which were the enterprises' motivation of entry international market, the domestic and foreign business condition, the enterprises' own development factor and the international risk. And chose big produce province's household appliance enterprises as the sample, carried on the empirical analysis, obtained the key influencing factors of choice on international market entry mode of Chinese household appliances enterprises. Then, based on this, proposed the corresponding grasp mentality, specially carried on the actual analysis and appraise of some factors. But simultaneously, this article considered in some particular market, each kind of influencing factor is possibly mutual contradict or counter-balance, in addition to the inconsistent of each entry mode's good and bad points, it is difficult to find a absolutely superior entry mode in various aspects. Therefore establish the choice principle has more universal significance compared to the general choice technology, proposed the variation principle, the gradual principle and mix principle for Chinese household appliances enterprises.Finally, according to the restriction factors on the international market enter of Chinese household appliances enterprises and problem discovered in empirical study, this article proposed measures of promote the effect of choice on international market entry mode of Chinese household appliances enterprises.
