Nowadays, the idea that enterprise is a kind of life orgarism is accepted universally. The importance of enterprise ecology is more prominent in the business management theory field than any time. This theory tells us that organizations exist in an open and various enterprise ecology system, and there is not a kind of theory that is to be suitable to all enterprise. The birth of a sort of theory ties up with practice closely. An organization always lives in the external circumstance that consists of other individuals and social economy. Exchanging substance, energy, information and value, individuals and its external circumstance interact and dependent each other, and form integration. Thus, business management should be established in its niche and characteristics.Personnel training not only has law and system to ensure, but has the widespread practice foundation in west. Thus, the difference between west social situation in which classical personnel training theory is born and domestic is the reason that the west training theory that sounds good is not developed fully in domestic. During 30-year's open and reform, domestic personnel training have gotten encouraging improvement in the course of studying developed country's successful experience and theory, at same time, some phenomena need us to give answer. First, why is training paid more attention in coastal areas than in inner areas. Second, why does hi-tech business pay more attention to training than tradition industrial company and labor intensive? Last but not the least, large state-owned enterprises and the foreign-funded enterprise have higher training investment than private enterprise and medium and small enterprises, and training system is also more perfect than the latter In a word, why does domestic enterprise training present the above imbalanced situation?Our country enterprise trairing theories ought to be improved to solve above-mentioned problems. Some scholars impute the reasons to leaders not taking seriously or concept falls behind To solve the problems that the west training theory is unsuitable for our country concrete conditions, most research pin hope on the training method improvement, but no one find a way that combined theory with practice and has Chinese characteristics from training needs analysis-the first link of trainingThe innovation of this study: First, take enterprise niche theory as tools, analysis the new development trend of enterprise training based on our country current enterprise niche. Second, through the analyses find the main reasons that obstacle the development of training.On the basis that the large amount of west enterprise training theory have been studied, combining with enterprise niche theory, this study carried out an analysis to training needs analysis, and try to explore a way of enterprise training that is suitable our national conditionAnd this dissertation carry out analyses mainly from human resource society factor, culture factor, supply and demand factor and talented person attraction factor as well as the enterprise technology niche, and draw the fundamental conclusion that in our country enterprise ecology human resource niche and technology niche are the main influence factors which determine if enterprise carry out the training, return rate and risk. The first problem training needs analysis should solve is not which kind training to carry out and how to train, but why is our country training level so below, if a business needs training and who is fit to be trained.
