Nowadays more and more companies pay attention to human resource training. With electric power system reforming deeply, former talent structure of Liaoning Electric Power Limited Company (LEPC), the state-owned enterprise, cannot adapt well to new situation. So the LEPC has to regard training as an important developing strategy if she wants to meet the need of competition. Training can help employee to make use of the potential adequately and to improve the whole quality so that it can strengthen the company in the competition ability. Therefore, in term of the real situation of the company, the training schemes of different employees are needed to guide training management.This Paper begins with the basic theory of the human resource training theories. Then combining the present actual situation of LEPC, it analyzes present condition and existed problems of the company training management. From enhance to training needs analysis to commence, lead to go into the evaluation of training effect, it emphasize the design of the training schemes of senior managers, middle managers and the new employees according to the different training needs. From this research, I hope that training schemes can provide some references to training management of the company.
