With the increasing intensity of the global problems, many countries have issued environmental regulations related to the trade for the environment protection, people's health and the security of the animals and plants. In recent years, our foreign trade has had great loss because exported products have frequently been investigated, resisted and even punished by the importers. Therefore, it's important to study and put forward effective measures to solve the serious problems.Based on the theory and experience, the article makes detailed analysis and research on the environment regulations and their impact on the system and effect of the imported trade, which shows environment regulations influence the foreign trade. In the short term, the environment regulations will reduce the export as they will internalize the external environmental cost of the exported products, increasing the cost, but in the long run, they will promote the export because they can bring about more competitive green products by encouraging the industries' technology innovation. The fact that our export industries are affected by the foreign environment regulations, especially the case of impact of the EU's "Double Green" instructions on the export of China's machinery and electronic products directly prove the above theoretical studyFor the aim of our export to cope with the international environmental regulations, we should take the following measures: 1. to develop green industries, 2. to strengthen environment construction, 3. to promote the self-discipline of the industries, 3. to protect the domestic products by make wise use of international regulations.
