After breaking out of SARS in 2003, sales of China health care industry was turning better, at the same time, the enterprises in it also begin a revolution: construction more and more flat. Many of the companies logged off their branch companies and taken place them with branch offices. The power centralization make the branch office have many difficulties to solute the problem of regional market. This thesis will study the marketing strategy of health care product base on M company. The object of the study is market in Hubei, we will probe into the marketing strategy in regional market.First, this thesis will introduce the present of the health care product industry in both domestic and international; Second, the situation of M company in Hubei. From above, the problems of Hubei market come our: sales decreasing, selling product in other's market at low price, promotion, administrational check and punishments and dealer managements. I apply the 6P to analyze the reasons of these problems. After conversation with dealers, I found why these happened. The dealers has less confident, lowering royalty, less concerns, low satisfactory with M company and too much sales need to finish. I also notice that M company has these issues: not good management and mechanism. If we want to improve the present, M company needs to look for solutions from company inside: advancement of the product structure and quality, improve the sales networks, reduce conflicts in the sales networks, establishment of good promotion plan, increasing the market share, improving the management and mechanism of M company.In one words, through the enforcement of these steps, one side it is good for further development of market in Hubei, the other side for development of China national wide market. The development of the national wide market will supply the Hubei market a good environment, and then stimulate market in Hubei to a higher level in the end.
