The Financing Research About Medium And Small-sized Enterprise Based On The Social Capital Theory

The difficulty of the medium and small-sized enterprise's financing is more and more prominent, and it has been a primary factor which restricts its development. Government,bank,enterprise and the societies are all active in looking for the method and strategy sovling the question., but these researches are all mainly focused in the innovation and perfection of the financing system , and less analyze it from the viewpoint of the social capital theory. To make up the shortcoming of these current researches in the social factors, the thesis introduces the social capital theory into the research of the medium and small-sized enterprise's financing.The thesis conforms to the research method from general to expecial,theory to practice.introduces the method which combines the normative analysis with probative analysis and overall analysis with separate analysis. It grasps tightly the clues about the medium and small-sized enterprise,medium and small-sized enterprise cluster and social capital, and studies deeply the research about the medium and small-sized enterprise's financing of our country.During the research, the thesis adopts the method which accords the beginning with the end. The thesis mainly includes two parts: the introduction and main body. The former two chapters are the introduction parts . They elaborate the purpose,meaning,current research situation and survived issues, and present simply the research method,main content and innovative part etc and define some basic concept. The main body includes four chapters from the third chapter to the sixth chapter. From the analysis in the current situation of the medium and small-sized enterprise's financing and the apocalypse brought by the developmental pattern of silicon valley, the thesis considers the medium and small-sized enterprise should adopt the cluster pattern to participate in financing and technical innovation and so on, and further analyzes the social capital's mechanism of action in the medium and small-sized enterprise cluster, takes the actual case to identify the model's superiority. Lastly the thesis analyzes the particularity about our country's social capital and proposes the conclusion to educate our country's medium and small-sized enterprise's modern social capital, but also optimizes the current and traditional social capital.The thesis includes the innovative parts below: firstly, adopts the game theory and structural cavity theory as tools to discuss the social capital's mechanism of action during the medium and small-sized enterprise's financing and identify it by actual case. Based on the model, discusses some factors which influence the development of our country's medium and small-sized enterprise's social capital, and proposes the concrete strategies which educate and optimize the social capital from the three different levels about the individual,enterprise and enterprise cluster.
