With the opening-up of our capital market after 2006, many foreign commercial banks conquer our domestic personal financial market. Great changes happened in our market. As one of the four state owned banks, ABC is now facing many serious problems, such as how to deploy strategic in personal financial market, how to integrate with our available resource efficiently, how to build our own financial planning team, how to enrich our financial products and establish our financing brand and how to win the victory in the competition. It is very urgent to resolve these problems. Especially, there is a wide gap between banks in the south and north area because of the unbalanced development of ABC's business. Being the first one in ShenYang branch, Beijing street sub-branch wealth management center is now facing many tremendous opportunities and challenges. Combining with the practical work, the article analyzes the situation of personal financial planning of the Beijing Street Branch since it started the business by questioning the subject, analyzing the reason and resolving the problems. There are five parts in the article. The first one is introduction, including the raising the subject of the article, the concept and sort of the personal financial planning and it operation procedure. Also it introduces the history of the personal financial planning in China and foreign countries. The writing design and composition of the article are mentioned in this part, too. In the second part, we describe the personal financial planning situation in Beijing Street Branch. In the third part, we discuss the main problems in developing the business in the practice. Basing on the problems we discuss above, we give the plans to resolve those problems in the forth part of the article. The fifth part is the conclusion, basing on all the analysis above, we point out the way of the personal financial planning development of the branch, so that we can provide academic supports and helping the sub-branch carry out the personal financial planning business better than before.
