Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Taxpaying Service In Bengbu State Taxation Bureau

In January of 2008, the Second Plenary of the Seventeenth Central Committee of CPC has brought forward the general target of building comparatively perfect socialism administration system , and its basic requests is the achievement of the right-about for government functions to create good developing environment, provide high-quality public services and defending social justice and fairness. As being a very important part of government economic functions of public services, taxation public service has an especially important significance for boosting economy both quick and good, as well as for constructing the harmonious society.Combining with the realities of grassroots taxation work, using the methods of investigation and induction and the like, this thesis microscopically anatomizes the current situations and problems of taxpaying service all through the working aspects of Bengbu taxation Bureau, and these aspects include propagandizing of tax law, tax collection, management of tax resources, tax inspection, informationization of tax working, socialization of tax payment service, education on taxman , assessing system of taxpaying service performances as well as mechanism of stimulating and restraint. Based on author's own study and working experiences, using for references the advanced domestic and abroad experiences of taxpaying services in Beijing, Dalian, Hong Kong , USA, Britain and so on, this thesis also proposals pertinent suggestions and measures for those problems, which include paying attention to the effectiveness of tax law propaganda, diversification of tax collecting, improving services in tax inspection, sharing tax information, socialization of tax agent, building assessing index system for tax service performance and the like.
