In recent years, the "team" is getting more and more widespread in the R&D domain's application of the enterprise. Diverse R&D teams of enterprises presented with the numerous types. Its work form has provided a kind of production method with high achievements and the low-cost technology for the high technology and new technology enterprises' product research and development. Therefore, it is a practice significance work to the enterprise R&D team's research. The traditional team theory mainly adopts the social investigation and the mathematical statistic for the basic tool, and the research contents basically concentrates in the R&D team's achievements, the team drove that aspects and so on, which have satisfied the enterprise many demands in the many demands team's organization and management process. But being separated from the traditional team theory which discusses in the traditional management in the enterprise many demands team's research, the research rigidly adheres throughout to the traditional social investigation and the mathematical statistic analysis, and rigidly adheres in various cases and the material analysis.In the real world, many systems can describe as a complex network. The network is expressed in mathematics by the chart. The complex network can use the language and the mark of the graph theory to describe succinctly and precisely. The graph theory has provided the language and the research platform for the mathematician and the physicist to describe network. Along with complex network research thorough, the people proposed many concepts and the measure method which has provided the essential rationale and the tool for the complex network's precision measure and the research. With the aid of the graph theory and statistical physics' mathematical method, the complex network theory has provided brand-new and the powerful method and the tool, for the description systems evolved mechanism, the evolved rule and the overall behavior. As a result of the team's joint operation characteristic of the enterprise research and development, the team members will form the invisible cooperation network in the work, and such network may be get using the corresponding tool and the method. This is a complex network, related with the R&D team's working efficiency, the active status, even the members' life condition. Such network may conduct the research by applying the correlation theories, the method and the tool of the complex network theory. Applying the research results of the complex network theory, can not only carry on the description and the measure from the macroscopic shape to the enterprise R&D team network overall characteristic, but also provide the essential microscopic description and the measure to network interior. This provides the corresponding management theory, the technology and the method for the breakthrough tradition team management theory's limit, seeking for the network characteristic of the high achievements enterprise R&D team as well as the transformation from the low achievements research and development team to the high achievements R&D team. Based on the above mentality, this article precisely proposed concrete method and way to research enterprise R&D team, with the application of complex network theory, has provided methods and steps of R&D team complex network modeling in questionnaire survey foundation, and take Huatian Software Limited company's R&D team as the sample. We have carried on the concrete case analysis and the research based on the data's foundation in the questionnaire survey. Confirmed the enterprise R&D team network to have the "small-world" effect and the scale-free network characteristic, and proposed the related policy and the suggestion.
