Integrated circuit (IC) industry is in the core position of the high-tech industry, is the fundamental information industry, but also the central and local governments are determined to give the overall strength of the development of strategic and leading industries. Shanghai IC industry as the focus of Shanghai, the priority development of high-tech industries, the overall industrial economy of Shanghai and Shanghai economic development plays a decisive role in the overall. Previous literature research focused on the traditional theory of industrial economics, research methods, the results of homogenization, it is difficult to achieve new breakthroughs in theory, the practical application is also very limited. Therefore, it is the need of theory and reality to study the IC industry network using the new research means.Based on the analysis in the literature at home and abroad, this paper combined with industrial network theory, complex network theory, industry life cycle theory, theoretical research on the relationship between industrial network properties of integrated circuit (IC) and IC industry development. Constructing the micro model of IC industry network based on the theory of industry life cycle. On the basis of, the IC industry in Shanghai as an example, the IC industrial network complex characteristics and IC industrial network development of empirical research, the IC industrial network development suggestions are put forward, and development proposal of IC industry development policy implications for the.The research background, theoretical and practical significance, content structure and innovation point of this paper are introduced in this paper. Then the literature review, the relevant theory is reviewed, including the concept of industrial network and industrial network, complex network theory, industry network complexity research, etc., summarized and literature review.
