Since the new century, it is a good chance for the real estate that Beijing succeed in and applied for organizing the Olympic Games and Shanghai succeed in and applied for the exposition of the world, under a series of pushes which encourages the house consumption policy of the country at the same time, the real estate investment of our country keeps the relatively fast growth rate continuously; resident's house consumption is started effectively, presenting two prosperous growth momentum of supply and demand. The activity of market of the real estate makes important contribution on improving resident's living conditions, driving the relevant industry to develop and spurring economic growth. But there are some problems in some key cities and some area such as investment of real estate too fast, land supply excessive, real estate price run high, commodity apartment vacancy rate rise comparatively fast and the senior office building appear hot. the risk of real estate of financial institution of our country increases day by day too.Since 1990s, the educational circles and industry of China have carried on deep research and explored to the financial risks of the real estate untiringly, The departments of government including the People's Bank, silver supervisement have all offered certain support and concern to the study on financial risks of the real estate, The relevant organization of the government takes the lead in the discussion of the relevant special topic of carrying on the judgment of the financial risks of real estates and taking precautions against it many times. Some scholars and experts have published corresponding introductory books or monograph, having already made certain achievement. But because the complexity of the finance of the real estate and developing history in our country are also not long, so both the disparity of its theoretical research and taking precautions against actually is even farther away from the international forward position. This thesis is focused on taking precautions against financial risks of the real estate. Firstly we have analyzed the basic status of financial risks the real estate of China Construction Bank, then cite different explanations of the financial risks of the real estate from different schools to explain the reasons of financial risks the real estate in China Construction Bank; cite different successful experiences of different countries to take precautions against financial risks of the real estate in China Construction Bank.
