In recent years, Along with the development of our national economy and the reform of housing system , The real estate industry has also got rapid progress, It gradually become a pillar industry of our national economy. The real estate industry is one of the capital-intensive industries, It depends on the development of financial industry. However, real estate is of high risks, which inevitable leads to the high risks in financial industry. Our real estate industry is mainly in bank borrowings are major channels, the risks of real estate are focused on the system of commercial banks. These risks of real estate financing may trigged a huge financial crisis, which will greatly influence our financial system and our national economy. Therefore, it is of emergency to take effective actions prevent the risks of real estate financing.The thesis takes financial risks of real estate as a mainly research object, which firstly introduces the basic conceptions of real estate financing and risks of real estate financing, then introduces several relatively mature theories of financial crisis, reveals the existing problems of real estate financing, and analyzes the risks of our real estate financing(Liquidity risk,the risk of bank system and the risk of real estate bubble burst), and learn from the advanced experiences and lessons of other countries, then briefly put forward the policy Suggestions, it concludes with macro economic control, the financial risk control of bank system and explore diversified financing channel.
