Existing Problems And Resolution Study Of Financial Ecosystem Environment Construction For Regional Economy

"Financial ecosystem" , which is a new concept, comes from a report called《Consummate the legal institution, Improve the financial ecosystem》by ZhouXiaochuan, President of People's Bank of China, on a forum called "50 economists " inNovember, 2004. This concept made us study the relations between finance and economyfrom a wholly new sight, and hold the core of modern economy—the effect of finance.This paper will introduce the concept of "financial ecosystem" firstly, review the study and practice of this subject in nowadays academic section, explore the measuring standard of financial ecosystem health. Secondly, I will give an example, Zibo City, whose economy and finance development has distinct characteristics, to study the development of similar regional economy, to find the relations between financial ecosystem and economy development. Then I will analyze the current situation of regional financial ecosystem, the problems and the restricting factors, and give my resolutions and suggestions to solve these problems. Especially , I will study into the financial property right, system reform and social credit system, which are crucial to the financial ecosystem construction.This paper is aimed at analyzing the financial ecosystem situation of some old-style industrial cities like Zibo in the aspect of financial ecosystem, based on a deep understanding of the concept and connotation of financial ecosystem, and to find the problems bothering the similar regional economy integrity, and the fundemental reasons for it. On this base, this paper will give some detailed resolutions to the current problems in a view of financial ecosystem. This paper studies the connotation and intension of financial ecosystem in detail, by analyzing the current economical and financial situation of Zibo, to reveal the financial ecosystem situation and problems, and to find the reasons for it, so as to raise resolutions and strategy in constructing and improving financial ecosystem of similar regional economy integrities. Lastly, I will try to design the strategy of financial ecosystem constructions for such kind regions.The innovation point of this paper is that it grasps the crucial problems of financial ecosystem constructions—credit system construction, which constraint the development of such like old-style cities. And on this base, we can solve some problems like that, and we are able to design development way and style of financial ecosystem for some similar regional economy integrities.
