Research On Corporate Social Responsibility From Integrity Perspective

Some events occurred in recent years triggered a sense of distrust to enterprise by public. Enterprise adheres to integrity and commitments to CSR are closely related. Therefore, this paper researches CSR from the perspective of integrity.Firstly, the paper collects and collates relative theories and management methods between integrity and CSR. On the basis of cleaning connotation and denotation of integrity and CSR, this paper analyzes the mutual promotion and complementary relationship between them; especially clarify the supporting role of integrity elements to CSR elements. Secondly, by investigating the development of CSR recent years, the paper clears the urgency of corporate management of its CSR. Finally, based on support relations, the paper provides some methods to manage the CSR from integrity (moral and system) perspective, and establishes a conceptual model of CSR based on integrity. The conceptual model has important reference value to promoting enterprise to assume its CSR.
