American Los Angeles' Labor Employment Pattern To Wuhan's Enlightenment

The employment is foundation of the livelihood of the people. To resolve the labor employment question is not only to implement scientific development concept but also have important relation with harmonious-society construction. As Hubei Province's provincial capital and Central China area economic civilization center, Wuhan develops rapidly in recent yeas. But at the same time, its labor employment situation is stern. This displays in unemployment rate is very high, the structure of the labor force is not balanced, the work relations is not harmony, the number of the additional difficulty- employment-people is very huge and so on .Now, Wuhan has been authorized as the experiment city of"nation resource conservation society"and"the environment friendly society". Meanwhile, Wuhan is implementing"1+8 urban circles"development pattern. Under such excellent development opportunity, Wuhan must try to establish an employment pattern which suits the Wuhan's situation as soon as possible, thus alleviates the current serious employment pressure and completes the safeguard stably for Wuhan's economy healthy development and society's harmony.Resolving labor employment question is a long-term, arduous and complex duty. When exploring the solutions to labor employment question and formulating labor employment policy process, Wuhan government must refer to experience and the lessons from all quarters and construct a reasonable labor employment pattern as soon as possible. This article mainly uses the comparison-research method. The article selected Los Angeles as the comparison-research object which has similarity in Wuhan in economy, culture and the geography and so on many aspects. The article analyzes the China and US labor employment questions'respectively characteristic firstly. Secondly, the article analyzed the present employment situation and the unemployment reasons of Los Angeles. Then the article introduced its labor employment pattern's characteristic, and summarizes the Los Angeles-pattern's merits and shortcomings. Based on this, the article inspected the employment present situation, the employment difficulties and the employment situation of Wuhan. At last the article attempts to infer some enlightenment from Los Angeles-pattern to solve the Wuhan labor employment question, and proposed some specific measures and suggestion to provide reference for Wuhan to build a labor employment pattern which suit its own situation.
