With the development of internet technology, internet banking popularized quickly all over the world. Recently by the occurrece of internet banking cases, guarding against the internet banking risks has become the key work for the relevant supervisory authority and commercial banks'risk control.Beginning with the definition and attribution of internet banking, this article analyzes and compares the difference between internet banking and traditional banking and points out the influence of internet banking towards traditional banks. After that, the difference between those two forms in organization, service and etc. has been discussed. By forecasting the development of internet banking, this article brings forward and analyzes the coming problems in commercial bank opening internet banking service like safety, strategy, legal regulations, and risks in operation. Then, it deeply analyzes possible problems that Chinese Bank may face and provide corresponding risk avoidance and management measures by considering its actual risk manage situation. Those measures are: the optimization of the organization structure for existing risk management system; suggestions for optimize operation flow in internet banking service of Chinese Bank; suggestions for risk management in internet banking service of Chinese Bank .The innovation of this article is that it not only analyze risk management on internet banking for both domestic and foreign banks on the macroscopically level, but also, it deeply analyze each aspect of risk management on internet banking and provide its own point of view and suggestions based on real case studies. This is with especially practical meaning and pertinence towards banks that do business online.
