Study On Salary Management Of Private Enterprise In Shanxi Province

Private economy is one of important branches of Chinese market economy. In the past twenty years, great progress have taken place in private enterprises in Shanxi province. Yet, there are still. something deficient in the pay management in the private enterprises, which prevent private enterprises' further development and is becominga bottleneck.Briefly, there are three parts in the thesis.Firstly, the basic pay management theories and the present status of Pay management abroad are introduced.Secondly, several problems on pay management in Shanxi private enterprises are analyzed in depth, further more, several substantial reasons are dug out. To settle these problems some feasible strategies are proposed. It's the main part and emphasis of this thesis.Thirdly, a case is introduced. That is the pay system design on Shanxi HS Company. In view of the existence question, the thesis proposes the countermeasure plan.
