Since the reform and openness, China's private enterprises have been developing rapidly, get enormous achievement. But there have been many problems while its rapid development. Especially the labor relations is quite prominent.Such as the deduction of wages of workers, extended work hours, no corresponding benefits and social security. This not only affects the employees and business interests, but also pruduce a huge hidden dangers of social harmony and stability . Like the whole country of private enterprises in Shanxi, Labor relations is very conspicuous. Reverberated around the world, "Black Brick Kiln" case is the results of the deterioration of labor relations for many years.In this paper, design and distribute the survey questionnaire (a total of 150 questionnaires were issued,recover the 115 valid questionnaires) for in-depth research. Obtained the problems of labor relationship of private enterprises in Shanxi are a long working time, labor intensity; labor remuneration and welfare are not match working hours and intensity; the labor contract is not standardized; on behalf of the interests of employees of the organization missing; human resource management is defective. The primary cause of the problem are both sides of the main concepts of bias, lack of a collective bargaining system, high labor mobility, labor dispute resolution inefficient, employers determine the wages of the system. Using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0, obtained the factors affect labor relations in private enterprises in Shanxi are overtime pay, pay and performance correlation, whether the safe accident of turn up can pay for according to the national standard, satisfied degree to enterprise management system, the will staff play a role for the enterprise. According to the factors that affect labor relations and the problem of labor relations, this paper put some countermeasureses to improve labor-management relations of private enterprises in Shanxi. On the one hand,establish a "people-oriented" management philosophy and to establish a "beneficial to both employers and employees," "Labor of autonomy" of the management mechanism ; on the other hand, we must establish a collective bargaining system, the reform of performance management system, implementation of corporate social responsibility, strengthen the building of enterprise culture,establishment of a modern human resources management system.
