On the background of global financial integration and informization, the competition in Banking industry is getting intense day by day and E-banking business is becoming the focal point in the development of various commercial banks. Following up the theory related to Economics and Banking and, adopting the evaluation methods of Scale economic effects, Scope economic effects and DEA managing efficiency, this article is to make a positive analysis on the existing situation and developing tendency of E-banking business of the following 8 domestic commercial banks, i.e. Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, China CITIC Bank Co. Ltd, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co. Ltd, China Merchants Bank Co. Ltd and Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Through the research, it has been clearly founded that the Scale economic effects and Scope economic effects in China's E-banking business are still not distinct due to the restriction from the banking system, market developing and managing strategy. As far as the managingEfficiency is concerned, the joint-stock banks perform in general better than the state-owned four banks. Therefore, in order to develop E-banking business in China's commercial banks more quickly and efficiently, it is necessary to strengthen the strategic plan, enhance the constructions on expenditure investing,Risk protecting, superior resources managing and human resource developing, so as to finally raise up the entire competitive power of China's banking industry.
