Analysis On Financing Strategy Of Xi'an Zhongxun Micro Electronics Ltd.

Small-medium enterprises (hereafter referred as SMEs ) are important parts in the economy of our country. However, with the fast development of the economic marketization, SMEs face many new challenges, especially financing problem has become the main obstacle restricting the development of SMEs. The paper studies on the financing problems and reality SMEs facing in Xi'an Hi-tech Zone, combined with analysis on specified enterprise financing.Regarding financing situation of SMEs in Xi'an Hi-tech Zone, the paper makes analysis on information unbalance, financing incapability of SMEs entrepreneurs, imperfection of market financing channel during financing process, combines theories with practice experiences, illustrates from point to reflect aspect.The study, by using modern financing theories of MM, Balance, Financing order, Finance growing period etc, provides financing strategy with low risk and cost, high efficiency for SMEs in Xi'an hi-tech Zone. Especially, the financing system that makes analysis on SMEs financing process by using application finance growing period theory, to tell relations between enterprise characters and financing difficulty, make enterprise initiative financing as core and government make pioneering guiding and financing environment construction.The paper takes financing strategy study result of Xi'an Zhongxun Micro Electronics Co.,Ltd as example, provides financing guidance for Zhongxun and enterprises like Zhongxun. It also make suggestions for local industry authorities to consider how to develop the actual efficient financing service system.
