The Investment Value Analysis Of Small And Medium Board Listed Company And Case Study

Shenzhen SME board localized at small and medium enterprises to issue shares which has good growth and high technology content, the value analysis and evaluation of its listed companies has unique characters.it has significance to do research on the valuation pattern of companies listed on SME Board and build a clear firm valuation system, which is consistent with the characteristics of Chinese securities market, conform to the"value investment" trends.on the basis of analysising of the full study at home and abroad,combining the unique characteristics of the Chinese securities market, in this paper, we select 57 SMES as the sample to explore investment value analysis of companies listed on Shenzhen SMES board.The main idea of this dissertation is:(1) the valuation of the investment analysis of Small and medium-sized companies listed on the board could think about five aspects, namely: profitability, growth capacity, operating capacity, ability to resist risks, corporate governance.(2) Factor Analysis is a practical and comprehensive analysis method for analysising investment value of companies listed on small and medium-sized boards. It gives quantitative evaluation of the results for investors as a reference for decision-making.(3) Through the analysis of this article, a number of enterprise which score higher can be used as reference objects for investor, such as Dun'an Environmental, Huaxing Chemical Industry, Sansteel MinGuang, Jiangsu Guotai, Guangzhou Grandbuy.In this paper, we combine theory and empirical research methods in order to enrich and improve the valuation method which suitable for China. At the same time, this article will play an important theoretical guidance for Investor's investment decision-making.
