Entrepreneurial performance is the eternal subject inentrepreneurial management theory. At present, relevant research achievements aboutentrepreneurial performance mainly concentrated in two aspects: firstly, study therelationship between a （some） variable and entrepreneurial performance, using thequantitative research methods; Secondly, study the entrepreneurial performanceevaluation index, mostly with the qualitative research methods. Small and medium-sized enterprises listed companies has animportant role in promoting the development of economy, the sme businessperformance evaluation of listed companies to improve their competitiveness.Basedon this, this paper taking small and medium-sized enterprise listed companies as theresearch object, launched a deep research.This paper mainly has two conclusions. First, construct entrepreneurialperformance comprehensive evaluation index system of the small and medium-sizedenterprise listed company. This paper from the profit ability, operation ability, costcontrol ability, the repayment ability, marketing ability, the scale of the enterprise andso on six aspects,26indexes, evaluate the performance of small and medium-sizedenterprise listed company business. This index system covers the enterprise the mainaspects, and has systematic and comprehensive characteristic. At the same time, theyare quantitative index. This overcomes the disadvantages of only from individualangle to measure, and evaluates the entrepreneurial performance getting moreobjectively. This index system provides a relative complete frame for small andmedium enterprises improving business performance. Second, we build a model ofentrepreneurial performance comprehensive evaluation of the small andmedium-sized enterprise listed company. Using200manufacturing enterprise data,basing on factor analysis, this paper reduction26indicators to10public factors.Based on the principal component regression and10public factors, this paperconstructs the enterprise performance comprehensive evaluation model. This modelcan use26index evaluate the research object, and retained the most of theinformation value. This overcomes the shortcomings of multicollinearity problem invariables. This facilitate compared each other for enterprises, and provide certainreference for government and some investors.
